Exercises for big forearms!!!!!!

play ice hockey, lol trust me. my forarms are about the same size as my upper arms which arent big but my forarms are bigger than most peoples and im only 140lbs they'll get bulky and super cut if you shoot around lol seriously, hope i helped

Nice link with a lot of info on home page, Thanks I will bookmark. I do most of those exercises. The Supinators and pronator are new for me i'll give them a try. one exercise I do for wrist and forearms is the rope twist, about a 20" bar with a rope in the middle and a peg on the bottom of rope to insert in to a plate, arm at your sides with fore arms out front "L" And just wind it up and back down slow it gives a nice burn.

Thats one of the best I have found to work. They are a stubborn muscle I know I don't need to lift heavy just alot of reps and get the blood pumping in there and they grow. I work them with biceps normally.
