Pain in the lft arm.

Hello...

I have just started my cycle Test E 500/week..

But todasy i got a hell off a pain down in the biceps..
i cant even lift my bag...

what should i do??
should i stop the cycle??
what type of training should i do??
i gona visit a doctor tomorrow, im not blu or anything on the biceps just pain.

if you torn a tendon loose you won't turn blue, at least i never did and ive torn both of mine. goto the dr. and see what he says probably take xrays and do an mri. xray wont tell them about a tendon tear unless it was so drastic that it torn and held on to some bone fragments. mri will tell them all they need to know. if it is a bicep tendon rupture, get it fixed and in six to eight months you'll be good as new if you do what your told and follow your rehab to the letter. good luck. i wouldnt do anything with that arm till you know something definitive
