Never really had a lifting routine before. Anyone mind on giving their opinion.

When I use to lift I would pretty much try and lift 2-3 muscle groups a day, reps right around 10 max.

I want to get serious about working out. I found this work out, can anyone give me some advice or pointers. I was also thinking of doing my Cardio in the evening instead of the next day and just doing my lifts in the morning.

Mon

*Chest* Bench - 5 sets at high weight low reps

*Shoulders* Standing Barbell Press - 5 sets same thing

*Back* Weighted Chinup - 3 sets

*Tris* Weighted Dips - 3 sets

Tue

45 Min Cardio

Wed

*Lower Back* Deadlift - 5 sets low reps

*Thighs* Squats 5 sets low reps

*Lower Back* good mornings - 3 sets

*Thighs* Front squats - 3 sets

Thu

45 Min Cardio

Fri

Chest Incline Dumbbell Press 1set 8 reps

Back One-Arm Dumbbell Bent-Over rows 1 set 8 reps

gd call with the cardio in the evening, id recommend doing no more than 8 reps for hypertrophy and 6 for strength.
id prefare to split my routine into one body part per day, but some people find 2-3 works better. experiment and see which one gets you pumped better.
for my routine i go biggest muscle to smallest
Mon Legs
Tues Back
Wed Chest
Thurs Shoulders
Fri Arms (triceps 1st)

if you're looking to burn fat, i'd suggest running frist thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. that way, you burn fat calories, not calories that you have ingested during the day. just my two cents.
