A Quick Way To Drop BF?

Im looking for something to take along with doing cardio to drop BF%.I know it wont happen overnight,but what is the quickest way?What supplement(s) would be the best to help trim down?

clenbuterol or albuterol. good stuff.

watch you blood pressure when taking either, and Taper on to them slowly to avoid the worst side effects. Also, I woul'd suggest tapering off as well.
I prefer Albuterol over clen.

i have had a few bad experiances with clen... ( sweating, shakes, cramps, real aggressive heart beat , panic) i suggest no matter what staying on a low dose for your first cycle i took 20mcg a day thought i could handle more, i then took 40mcg thought i could take more, ended up taking 120mcg a day and then all a sudden it just hit me like a brick wall actually thought i was dying lol l... i was sitting in th movies with a girlfriend and it all just sorta came at once BANG just like thtscary stuf...... BANG

That is similar to stories I have heard with ALB.
I would have to stay to start slow with alb also.

Albuterol and Clenbuterol along with T3 will all help but again in my own personal expereince nothing compares to a low caloric diet. With an emphasis on carbs and fats.

two months ago i went on a quest to drop my bf % in prep. to do a cycle. between the lipo, eating better and cardio i've lost 18 lbs in two months. down close to 10% bf now. obviously cardio and eating better had a lot to do with it but i think the lipo had a good hand in it too. probably close to about 10% bf now. just me but i'd try lipo first for a month-6 weeks & see how you do then maybe clen/t3 ect.

I agree with access on this one.You should focus on ur diet.low calories and carbs but still try to get a high amount of protein if your working out.Try that for a while and i bet ur bf% decreases.And its cheaper.
