Default What are the best muscle groups to train together?

At the moment i am training:
    Shoulders/Chest
    Tri's/Bi's
    Legs/Back

I have been told this is bad grouping. Can anyone help me sort this out!

    I usually train:

PUSH, PULL, LEGS exercises on separate days when doing a split routines. Lately I've been doing all together with two days rest, sometimes only one depending on whether it was a light or heavy workout.

    Chest Shouders and Tris
    Back and Bis
Legs rest one or two days then repeat.

    OR

    Chest and Back
    Legs
    Arms(including shoulders)

    There are many different splits.

That is exactly how my workout is split.
Except I add ab/oblique workout on the leg days.

chest, back, shoulders/traps, arms, legs...i like to focus on one body part at a time. getting my ass in the gym 5 days a week helps me burn more fat as well.

I tried a few different routines but chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders works best for by quite a lot!
