shoulder injury

on monday i was doing my shoulder workout, i warmed up like every other day but when i was doing this excercise i dont know the name in english, i felt something weird in my shoulder, then i had to drop the barbell cause i started to feel pain in my left shoulder, i couldnt go on with my usual workout so i went home, next day couldt bench not because of the pain but had almost no strenght in my left arm, i tried a different routine with less weight, i've being doing cardio since then.
im on week 4 of my first cycle (dbol and test c), damn it sucks not to be able to workout as hard as usual, what should i do? i dont wanna stop my cycle, i think i should avoid doing excercises that involve shoulder until i get a little better, right?

You should see a physiotherapist then have him refer you to a Doctor. As far as benching goes retract your shoulders, basically try and make your shoulder blades touch each other meaning pull your shoulders back and inward. Powerlifters use this technique to help take pressure off there shoulders. It's kinda akward, but it does help. Use a bar and try it first. Before you do anything though you need to get that shit checked out.

I would definitely seek the help of a D.O. Sounds like a nerve issue, so I wouldn't mess around.
