I would love to hear from all my folks that I have missed and that have missed me...hit me up, I'll try and be on more...

Had back surgery last week...and when i am all healed up, I should be back to my old gym self...and be able to carry my 2-300 lbs of gear again...

I put this in this forum because it's about the kitty doing push-ups...has to be in the millions easily and it is definitley a training thing...any idea if it may have stunted his growth too? Hit me up
