today i did dips with elbows tight to side going to nintey degrees with legs back and it was tough. i did 15 first set. 8 2nd and 5 3rd. my tris were feeling it too. did i do them right?

tris and lower chest should feel it.

decline flies are great for the lower chest

for me Flat Bench w/ should width grip works the best for the middle of my chest, now if I want to get the middle of the upper chest i do the same on incline bench, i do the same with decline and to get the outside of the chest, sculpturing it i do dips and stretch the chest alot while im dipping.
