man boobs

how can I get rid of them, I have a sagging chest that looks like breast how can I give my chest some lift? Should I focus on cardio or weights?

well i'd say join your gyms local spinning program. its usually an hour long cardio stationary bike ride. I started spinning with my girlfriend for 2 months and lost about 12 pounds. The class is only as hard as you make it out to be, so if I were you i'd try to spin like there is no tomorrow... and then afterwards do some incline bench to build the top of your chest and throw in some shoulder lifts in there some where just to build your upper mass more so your man boobs arent so apparent.

sound advice...i would also recommend doing dips to really strech out the chest more..if you have a very compact chest the shape of ur nips become real prominent

concentrate on upper chest...it will reduce the appearance of "sagging". i've had this problem for a while...6'1, 225lbs, 20% bf and it seems to all go to my chest.

Agree with Garra, dips will tighten that bad boy up. Also try butterfly presses.
