Weighted Dips leaning frw.(for lower pecs)

Military Press
Side Laterals w/dbs
Reverse laterals w/dbs

Tris
6 sets of each of these:
Bench dips (weighted)
Rope pushdowns

Upped my weights today...my arms are SO freakin tight right now it's hard to type.

haha thats funny, I just had drill last weekend and as soon as I walked in everyone was like holy shit look at his shoulders! for the next 3 days all everyone did was say I was on steroids. that is not something to be jokin about in the army lol.

plus the dead lifts for the lower back too

any ideas for a good lower back exercise? I was doing good mornings but the injury rate is pretty high on those and i'm not a fan of hyper extensions. dead lifts seem to be doing the trick, but I would like to get two lower back lifts.

kinda weird me and gator did the same stuff, and kinda weird we all did chest and tris.

all numbers are approximate....lol. i just put the weight on there and do as much as i can, and it came to be about those numbers or so.
