I have a problem, or 2

Hey everyone, thanks for reading and letting me in on hits- if you do...

Im 17.. so i dont plan to take steriods unless its needed, but this seemed to be a helpful forum and i need some help.

i was born with clubbed foot- surgery at 5 months, and fine now..

the problem: my left leg, my ankle is unstable, meaning that it hurts when i play sports and such, below my calf there is no little muscle causing much pain after an easy game or run, sometimes through.

my doctors recommended i not do sports, but what life would that be for me.

if steriods were to build the muscle in that part of my leg i would do it....
if i need to post a picture so you guys can understand what i mean let me know.....

also, what sort of vitamins should i take...

i work out about 4 times per week, 2 days upper body, 2 days cardio/lower body.. and they alternate between days...

any advice for leg, vitamins, routine would be greatly appreciated

I know you might not want to hear this, but..steroids are not a miracle drug. They will not "build muscle" that you cannot build on your own, naturally.
They are nothing more than a little bit of an aid to help speed up muscle recovery. If you were to take steroids at your young age, you could damage your natural testosterone severely, and give yourself many, many health problems for the rest of your life.

Ask your doctor(preferably one that specializes in sports medicine), and a physical therapist, and see if there are any exercises you can do to strengthen that area.

If there is a muscle that is 'missing' from birth, you will never be able to build it. Unless, some future technology changes that, which is quite possible. But steroids can only improve on muscles that already exist. They don't just 'create' new muslces. Otherwise, I'd grow a second cock.

I would suggest finding a doctor/physical therapist who you can work with and is not going to give you a blanket statement "like don't do sports" as this seems a little absurd. Obviously you are already committed to a training regime of sorts and I commend you for that so now take some time to research doc's in your vicinty who can speak with and assist you with your greater quest of improving your physical being while minimizing any discomfort you may get from phyiscal exercise.
