Okay I am about to start training for the next 4 weeks on dianabol ( I know I should stack it with some longer lasting testosterone, but for my first time I am just using dianabol) 10mg tabs and I will take three a day for a total of 30mg's per day. I am currently 5', 11", 155 lbs, 6% Body Fat, training 3 1/2 years...
This is my workout routine: First week- 3 x 10 Monday: Chest & Legs Tuesday: Arms & Abs Wed: Shoulders & Back Thursday: Chest & Legs Friday: Arms & Abs Saturday: Running for 2 1/2 miles Sunday: off Second week- 3 x 8 (with heavier weight) Monday: Arms Tuesday: Off Wed: Chest Thursday: Off Friday: Back Saturday: Shoulders Sunday: Off I eat a lot, very high in protein with tons of chicken, fish, and a little red meat. Oatmeal, cerials, fruit, dairy, etc... My questions are: Is my work out routine okay? should I switch up my on off days? Should I eat differently/more? How much should I gain? Should I cycle to make the 4 weeks longer? What does everyone think... criticism/ideas/flaming is completely welcome! I would rather be told exactly how to do this, and do it right, than not ask and waste my time and money. Thanks ![]() |

its hard for accept your gonna have to inject but its the bestand really the only route to go if your looking good lean keepable gains ... your gonna loose everything on the dbol and posin your liver for weeks basically for nothing so i think you should consider not using steroids until your ready to take the dart my friend ( everyone is nervous for the first injection ) i actaully look forward to my injections now

Eating every couple hours is good, but that combined with your bf% (if it was done with calipers/water tank and not those electronic devices) this probably won't be enough food. I say shoot for 4,000 calories and at least 225 grams of protein (1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight). Definately look into doing a test only injectable cycle. I recommend using a longer ester form of it (Enanthate or Cypionate) so you won't have to do many injections.

Good advice guys.
The thing with d-bol is that it is mostly water weight that you accumilate while on but it does give some very impressive strength gains and is why is used primarily as kickstart to a lot of cycles. Obviously with that strength increase comes the chance to improve muscle growth so it is certainly possible to make some gains on d-bol but realistically they are not typically great. With the scales my advice is to invest in a good quality one as Martano mentioned and have them checked against a caliper reading to see accuracy. I like you Martano have a great set of scales that provide all the same information your getting and know there accurate as I have checked them on a few occassions with caliper readings at the gym. |
