One muscle is bigger than the other

I am currently having a problem with my shoulders, my right one looks almost twice as large as my left, I am currently on my 7th week of a 16 week cycle of test cyp so i figure now would be a good time to bulk up my left shoulder. What do you guys recommend to widen and bulk up my left shoulder so i have more balance with my shouders.
I am at work all day and I am on the computer using the mouse with my right hand and I can feel a little strain in my right shoulder, I am not sure if I that might have something to do with it, but I cant use the mouse with my left hand so I dont want to switch.

Incorporate more dumbells with your lifts. It's not uncommon for your dominate side to take more payload on your lifts = unbalance. Using more dumbells in your routine will force that shoulder to take the payload.
