Default changing my split

Just wondering if you guys see any problems with this split -

Monday - Biceps
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday - 3mile Run
Thursday - Chest/Back
Friday - Triceps/Biceps
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Off

Want to run once a week to keep my endurance up and to tighten cores. Fridays will probably change every month, doubling on the body part that I would like to work on the most at that time. Will be tapping the abs 5x per week, and this is not on a cycle.

imo i would have at least three days of leg exercises. legs can be stubborn and are usually neglected.

3 days of legs would cripple me.
I do:
Squats
Deadlifts
Leg Press
Standing Calf Raises
Calf Extenstions
Leg Extensions

and I can barely walk for a couple days.

Why do abs five times per week??? They need time to recover just like any other muscle.

I don't do a full ab workout everytime, I will just do some cable rope crunches and leg raises one day, incline sit ups the next ect...abs/calves/forearms don't need as much rest as everything else.
