Getting sick at the gym

When I work out hard I get a headache,indigestion,and nauseous. Just wondering what would casue this? Have to do with something like low sugar or carbs?

i have no idea but i get it as well when i push myself all the way...

Yeah today I decided to pump out another deadlift set and I got all tingly lol

that happens to me also, i see that we have the same leg exercises and in same order, maybe its that doing it hehe

haha yeah thats a little odd, maybe i'll bring a gainer shake with me to the gym.
