having trouble getting muscle pump

i work out hard. i was wondering why i do not get pumped while workingout.
can someone name all the possible reasons so i know what i am doing wrong.
i'm 30 years old when i first started working out it was easy to get a painfull pump. now i seem to have trouble getting a pump i also taking aee l-norvaline and citrulline malated mixed together with cee and tri creatine malate.

what should i tell the doc? and what should he be looking for. nitrogen??

you should be checking your natural test levels. maybe access can chime in and give some ideas as to what else to look for.

a good diet is the key. You wont get pumps with no motivation and a crappy diet nor with supplements alone. Give the muscle 3-4 days of rest before working it out. Dont overtrain. If you are on a cutting diet you may not have impressive pumps(at lest when I was natural).

I started taking zinc and magnesium pills and i had amazing pumps and rejuvenated my lifting regiment. Get alot of rest and eat lots of healthy carbs. Not to the point of fat weight gain. High reps 8-10 and having good form and contracting the muscle. If you are doing chest and tri dont jump to legs in the same workout session. I dont know why people do things like that.

the only time i dont really get a good pump is when i do back and shoulders. not sure y cause legs and chest are great.
