Arm Tendon pain

LOOK at your thumb, now trace a line up thru the insde of your elbow to your shoulder, now imagine that line as it enters and leaves your elbow,few inches each side. What tendons are those? cus in both arms they hurt like hell, and are limiting me on lat moves +bi's+ pec decs any ideas?

Im no expert, but it sounds like youve got tennis elbow, or tendontitis. Ive got it in my right elbow, and have been trying to get over it by taking anti-inflammatory meds and light eccentric pull downs. Fish oil supposed to help too... as well as not doing the exercises that make it hurt..
