I agree with ^^^^^^^^^^ If your doing full body everytime, your not going to failure on anything specific. Where's the recovery time with a routine like that?

- Smith Machine Bench Press
- Decline Press
- Incline
- Vertical Press

4 sets of 8 to 12 reps .... I was dead on my feet but I managed to bench at 110 lbs.
