Lats

Guys... honestly.. my lats fucking suck.

I'm going to start focusing on them more before Summer officially gets here.
Any tips on getting them huge? I'm always up for new exercises. If you have photos or videos of samples that would make my life easier as well. Don't know gym/lift slang... sorry.

You want big Lats? This will get them wide and thick.

Do CHINS!!!!!!! Do 50 chins to start off your wrkout. It matters not how many sets but get 50!

Do 4-5 sets of heavy Bent Over Rows!!!!!!!!!

Do 4-5 sets of Seated Close Grip Pully Rows!!!!!!!

6-8 reps on each set except the Chins. Add to your Chins whenever you can!!!!

Behind the back Barbell Shrugs to blast the Traps. 6-8 reps 3 sets.

This sounds simple and basic but if you do it consistently I GUARANTEE you will have a bigger, thicker, wider back!

^^^^^^^^^ great advise will really build a wide lat with that but wld like to add 1 thing DEADLIFT. I know, deadlift whats he thinkin but have u ever seen any1 who can deadlift with a small back, they all have thick backs. And thickness will add to ur lats aswell or atleast they did for mine.

I agree with all above but will also add that when I do triceps rope pushdowns thay seem to affect my lats as well. Especially at the bottom when I flare the rope out a bit.
