forearm pops and pains

i just seen a post and it reminded me of a question, when i do wrist curls and regular curls my right wrist pops and kinda hurts really don't feel right. what could this be? wrong tequnic?

Does this happen all threw the sets or is it at the last 2 or 3 reps. If its at the end its probably your loosening your grip causeing loss of control i tend to do this myself just from getting fatigued. Now if its from the start i also get them on some moves forearm curls with my forearm on a bench just screws my wrist up so i changed to behind the back wrist curls better pump and no wrist probs.

I get the same thing when I do them. Personally I think you get more from simple bicep curling exercises, well I feel more burn in my forearms from that ne way!
