Default Core Workout?
I'm looking for a really good core workout.. I will have to start out very slowly and progress since I'm just coming off of a serious back injury (Ruptured disc- L5 and a crack in the lower spine between L5 and S1)..S1 is the top of the tailbone and L5 is the lowest disc in the spine for those that don't know.. I would really appreciate a routine that may be useful.. Thanks in advance
