Ouch....I knew better!

I was sick last wk and missed traing almost a wk and a half. What I did right was not go back to the gym to soon and relapse. What I did wrong was over do it. I can barely walk today I blasted calves so bad! Same with upper body!

Oh well....those that forget the past are condemed to repeat it!

I think we have all done that some time or other,the thing is gator you will do it again,because everytime you miss training you will go mad trying to catch up

i did that once and could'nt open the car door i was that sore and weak, my step mother had to do it for me, which was embarrassing to say the least

I just had a similar situation. Only 3 days into my cycle, I cut my finger pretty badly on my mitre-saw. (I am a carpenter) I had to keep it wrapped for 5 weeks. It made it very difficult to workout. Then, 2 weeks after that, I sprained my ankle (on the job) and could barely walk. I missed 1 leg workout, but didn't miss any upper body workouts at all. It has been almost a month and my ankle is still a little stiff, but nothing to be concerned about (I hope). It's crazy what people do to stay on track. LOL!!!

Ain't that the truth .....

I have done the same thing G.... You get sick and take a short period of time off from training, and over do it when you get back in the gym ....

at least you are not sick anymore , just sore .. lol ...
