Working out on Sundays.....

Who works out on Sundays. I like to plan my Training to where Im off Sundays. Im training today though cause Im bored as hell and it's early. I have a nice home gym with 300+ free weights so I can post and then do a set.

I overdid it this wk but the pain in my upper body is gone so Im gonna train some upper body.

Anybody else try to have Sundays off?

I'll be lifting today Gator. My job has me work a rotating 12 hour shift, so I'll be off yesterday, today, and tomorrow, work 2 days, off 2, then work sat,sun,monday, and it rotates like that every 2 wks. Sucks like hell, but I at least get to sleep in and work heavy on my days off from being able to get rested. Wished I was back on a regular 8hour day, 5 days a week, I miss those days.

i tryed to workout today and my chest was sore from yesterdays workout and i could do much today so i gave up and went home lol ... usually i would have opted for cardio or lower body but my back injury doesnt allow that at the moment so i just had to leave ...

Well ya gave it a shot. Better to cut it short than injure yourself.

Its great. Its all Olympic weights and I can do anything with it. I prefer doing squats in the gym though as getting under the bar for Squats is a lil awkward here at the house.

It was perfect for today when I dont feel like driving to the gym but was bored here so I pounded out a really good workout between posting and watchin the tube.

sounds like the perfect situation .... there is a stigma attached i think that ya tend to work harder in the gym ?... you think thats true?

I agree im allot more motivated in gym, i like just being around the people, and im off to work out today, but i never keep a set schedule on what days i take off, my work schedules is always changing it would be impossible. anybody else here workout at ballys? its all i realy got where im at.

well im out got lower body, and probley do some swimming after wards, be back in a few hours for more research.

i actually like working out sundays.. i'm at Gold's and it's not the biggest gym.. 2 barbell bench's, 1 incline, 1 decline, etc (not counting hammer.. one of each on those also).. so i usually try to hit sundays with chest just 'cause there's less people to take it up..

damn tho.. a home gym would be nice for those days you don't feel like going out.. like today.. it's 100 F out right now!
