Default more then once a week

here is my workout routine tell me if i can make it better
m- chest biceps
t-shoulder triceps
w-back legs
t-chest again
f-bi tri
and every day in the morning i workout abs and cardio on an empty stomach just drink some water.
should i do the muscle once a week to get bigger or to have the best shape ot its okey doing it twice a week

Back and legs together is brutal and your not going to be able to go fully on whatever your doing second be it back or legs. You need to have a day or two in between those two bodyparts and certainly not do them at same time.

I currently train the following and think it is ideal:

T - chest and tri's
W - legs
T - shoulders and traps
F- back and bi's

You can re-arrange slightly based on what days your working out etc but as for bodyparts and splits I think this is where you should be looking to go.

For me 4 days is enough and fits my lifestyle. I don't see that I really need to train anymore than that.

personally, I think chest/delts/tris and back (including traps, all parts)/bis should be worked out together because these muscles work together. And I would not work out back and legs (the two biggest, strongest parts of your body together). I find if you do deadlifts you will be hitting your legs to a degree too so I put back and legs and opposite ends of the week.
