1st, here are my numbers as of today...weight 185 body fat% checked by trainer at gym 17.25% height 5' 9" This is what I eat every day... 6:00 Am 1 bowl of oatmeal (no milk) and 1 banana 9:00 Am 1 tin of pink salmon 12 noon 1 chicken breast, half dozen pieces of broccoli, 1 tin of pink salmon (wild caught BTW) 2:00 Pm yet another tin of salmon, cheap so I eat alot of it 4:00 I make a smoothie with 1 banana, 1/2 dozen strawberries, 1 kiwi, 1 slice of raw beet, and 4 scoops of protien powder. 7:00 dinner, either chicken and veggies or fish and veggies Question is that I make great muscle gains but I have a gut that will not leave me for anything. I train 3 days on 3 days off with one cheat day per week. Nothing extream BBQ and a soda Is my diet all wrong or something I am not doing?
