Default STUCK AT 185 cant get to 200 some one help

I have been stuck at 185 for atleast 7 months I wanted to get to 195 by the start this summer and I didn't reach It i dont know why cuz I have a good diet and take shakes all day long any one help me with it also at 7 percent body fat i wanna grow so help me out if ya can thanks

it might be as something simple as increasing your calories from clean sources, post up some stats,calorie intake and exercise regimen and the forum members will be able to give you better advice as to what the problem maybe

Ok. Im around 4000 calories right now. 4 eggs in the morning 2 tuna fish sandwhihces after. I lift for 2 hours HARD. cardio 20 min of it at start. then i do a cyto gainer after. and like 2 hours after ill eat somthing small. then at the end of the nite i eat a steak or and a potato or sumthin small like and fruit n salad thru out the day?? any news I shud do

If you increase calories you have to gain weight while maintaining the same energy output. That said we don't want to increase our BF but rather our LBM so eating the correct foods at the right times is what is required while continuing good training. Lots of small regular meals through the day is the ultimate way to keep your metabolism up and ensuring uptake of nutrients.

increase calories by 250/500 and/or drop the cardio, eat consistantly every 2-3 hours 6 meals a day and try to spend less time in the gym as your burning excess calories that would go towards building more muscle, change up your exercises to keep your muscles guessing and growing, try that for a couple of weeks to see how you get on

at every meal start adding a little more food.and wash it down with 2 scoops of cyto you have to drink it quicly or you will start gettingfull.hold your nose if taste bothers you and gulp it down.

Maybe you're taking too many shakes.
Better switch to solid non-processed food.

i di 2 cytos a day. after lift and bfor bed. its how i got my gains from 165 to 185. so I figured trying it again wud do the same but sor far i got nothing. should I push it up to closer to 5500 calories a day. but still eating good and small portions

if your intake now is 4000cals try upping it by 250/500 cals a day, and keep an eye on your body fat as you want clean gains, if your still not gaining weight after a couple of weeks increase the calories again 250/500, do it in increments dont just jump straight to 5500 cals
