does my workout routine sound good?

No its not too late to add the test in! I know a few competive bodybuilders and they all take 3/4 days off, ur muscles might not feel sore but they still arnt recovered

Here is mine and i try to stick with it.
day 1 chest/tris
day 2 Back/bi's
day 3 Shoulders/legs
and then repeat days 1-3 with exercise alterations.
I kinow most will say this isn't enough recovery but to be honest i do rarely go 6 days in row like for example i'll do the 6 day routine but i'll take 2 days off instead of the 1 day. I only do 5 sets of 4 reps on anything. It has worked really good for me and when I stuck with it I noticed a huge increase in muscle hardness and strenght.
