Belly body fat

Any good ideas how to get rid off fat on each side in the back just above my butt.
It is about one pound on each side, hard to see but bothers anyway. I have lean body you do not see any fat

Nothing works what I heard that only liposuction can help. I have not done any cycles this year, after physical exam I will think abut something, any recommendation what would melt that fat.

i would say alot of oblique crunches and that sort, unless you already tried that, make sure to squeeze on every one like 50 each side? idk that's what i do to keep the beer belly off, lol on a serious not there are things at some gyms that twist your torso and you kneel on the machine and twist to one side and then another that may be what you looking for, hope i helped

There must be abit of fat to move else where,you cannot spot reduce,exercise will tone the muscle but you will still have to diet to move the fat

This is where most men typically carry their excess and only way to get rid of it is with diet and exercise.
