Left Pec

Has anyone had trouble with one pec not keeping up with the other. My left pec will not grow with my right. Although im stronger on the left side of my chest. I've tried alot of different workouts with no luck. I've even went as far as doing chest twice a week with one of my chest days only working the left. I've been off cycle for about a year. Im going to start back up in about 2 weeks. Anybody have any Tips.

i haven't had a lagging muscle, but what i would do is make sure my form is 100%.Use dumbbells and I MIGHT try throwing up an extra 5lbs for one set to see how that works. Give that a try for 6-8 weeks to see if the dumbbells force your weak side to grow

how noticable is it? is it one of those things other people don't really see but you single it out when you see yourself? ask someone if they notice; you might find they don't see it. i wouldn't worry too much unless you're competing or it's REALLY noticable.

you said it's smaller and stronger? maybe try different rep ranges for each side. train the weaker side for strength and the smaller side for size. when training both definately use dumbells to make sure both pecs are on the same page.

Thanks guys. I asked my buddy about it and He said it was but not if I hadn't said anything. So plan is not to tell anybody.lmao. But anyway I think I'll go back to dumbells and see it will work this time. Later on
