straps for wrist & knee pain?

i know there was just a thread on wrist injury but i didn't want to hijack it!
I was injured for a while a now i'm back i got my dealift up to 150kg(330lbs) and my squat up to 120kg(260lbs) both for reps.

i have pain in my right wrist on the underside on the opposite side of the thumb. Also my left knee just above the knee cap. both started when i began lifting more than the weight stated above. deads hurt my wrist and squats hurt my knee, not during the excersize but the day after and hasn't stopped for about a week.

I was wondering if straps can help; are wrist straps just for when the bar's slipping out of your hands, cos the bar doesn't slip in my hands, or will they take the weight/stress off of my wrists? Also, knee straps; will they help this sort of pain or are they just to stop you dislocating your knees?

wrist straps take grip somewhat out of the equation they will still pull at your wrist, which for me is what kills me. Now wrist wraps will support/apply pressure. i used em yesterday and the diff was night and day.

Im no doc but stay off deads and squats and find some exercise that will not aggravate your injury more while your wrist and knee are healing and still able to hit your legs

im using Mueller Hg80® Wrist Brace i love em. Anything from Mueller will be good, check out there knee brace too.

But just google it see if you see something or that might work for you better
