Pushups?

Just wondering what you guys think about doing pushups after workouts or at nite.i work chest on mondays and thursday, and i have been thinking about start doing pushups at nite before bed, but i dont want to over do it. What do you think?monday is hits the chest pretty hard and thursday is just 3 sets of 10 reps on flat bench. Thanks for your advice.

That's not needed, you're just going to overtrain. Just do your workouts correctly so this is not needed.

thanks. i havnt been doing pushups but i had thought about adding them. but i will stick to my work outs.
