for those of you that know me, i have been going thru depression. i didnt g2 the gym for over a month, didnt eat, had insomnia and lost 20lbs. however, the past 2 weeks my hunger has been coming back and i have been hitting the gym. i went from 185ish down to 165ish. Im back in the gym enjoying every minute of it.
however today i just remembered that im getting surgery done in my scrotum bc i have enlarged veins on the left side :/ The operation isnt until the end of December, but the recovery takes a month. Im concerned that if I continue working out up to the surgery and hopefully get back up to 185 (which i doubt), that by the end of recovery ill lose another 20lbs and be just back were im at TODAY (august 19). which makes me look at these next 4/5 months will be wasted. any advice???
