Default Continue the CUT or start and bulk? Please HELP!

whats up guys my current stats are weight: 155lb and height: 5'11 age 19, i did a very sloppy bulk before and was tipping about 175 but put on unecessary amounts of fat so i did the cut and that got me to where i am now, ive just been maintaing the past few weeks (moderate cardio and weights). I still am not as lean as i would like to be, however i dont want to drop any lower in body weight i mean im already 155 when i was in highschool and wrestled the lowest healthy body weight i could maintain was 145.

SO my question is should i just start concentrating on lifting to gain mass which in turn would burn more calories ( along with that i know i would have to up my eating alot so im weary about gaing excess fat)

or should i go back hardcore cut for a bit more ( when i cut i feel as if what i do in the gym is wasteful because my diet is aimed towards losing weight instead of rebuilding muscle tissue) i do mentzer style HIT training so it takes its toll on my body

ANY!!! advice is appreciated i can post pics of what my body looks like now, i would really like to lean a bit more but i dont want to lose muscle/be 145lbs

5'11'' & only 155 lbs but you say you need to cut...to me on PAPER that's rather thin....YOU'RE SOFT...forget 'cutting'/'bulking'...BACK TO BASICS! TRAIN & EAT!!!!!
EXAMPLE: 7am-MON/WED/SAT hill sprints 40-50m (sprint up then down slowly while breathingx6..they will build & burn...it's short & intense) TUE/FRI do some other light cardio for 20 mins then eat a good breakfast (oatmeal w/ berries,banana in soy milk w/ a few egg whites...fish oil to boot)...11am-tofu/fish/chick sandwich(whole grain w/ vegs) or on a salad...3pm-yogurt w/ fruit (papaya,berries) or some nuts or museli...5pm HIT 2 days on 1 off 1 on 1 off...whatever you're doing now keep it BASIC...no 'pretty' cable s*** BB prs,deads,rows,sqts,curls,chins etc...drop sets...rest/pause...sip a shake DURING the workout...stretch...630-7pm-fish/lean meat/turkey steamed veggies (broccoli,kale,spinach...), maybe a yam &/or a salad.
lots of H2O...multi-vitamin...if you need more protein throw another shake in there w/ maybe some natural peanut butter or protein mix in the oatmeal works. cook all you food & put it into tupperware so it's available....get in the gym do the deed & get out.

alright here it is:

mon- military press, behind the back shrugs, dumbell shrugs, lateral raises

wed- pull ups, barbell row, t-bar row

fri - flat bench press, incline press, weighted dips

for running i would do maybe a mile warm up then do build up sprints...(first 0-20 yards medium pace 20-40 yards full out sprint 40-60 slow jog....then id walk a few till the next one) do about 6-8 of those

I'm sorry but at 155, 5'11.. You need to eat.. Gain some weight, with proper diet you won't be gaining excess fat.

where's your leg training?...it is very important...get in the habit now.
ex MON alternate BB squats & deadlifts very good warm up...2x6-10
leg prs...2x6-10
leg curls warm up...2x8-12
alternate standing & seated heel raises warm up...3x12-20
WED............... BB incline prs very good warm up...2x6-10
DB/BB flat prs...2x6-10
military prs warm up...2x6-10
DB laterals...2xrun-the-rack
lying extensions warm up 2x6-10
FRI.................chins (alt btwn under & overhand) x25 total
BB/DB rows warm up...2x6-10
rear delt raises warm up...2xrun-the-rack
BB curls warm up...2x610
utilize drop sets-ex. leg prs 400x8 drop the weight & cont w/ 300x6 DB laterals 30x8 drop & cont w/ 20x6...be sure to stretch DURING set breaks & when complete...like the previous post said EAT A GOOD DIET as it's 3/4 of the battle.

so what do you guys do on your off days as far as eating goes? i plan on doing HIIT sprints in the morning before any meals on my off days for cardio, but do you guys still eat alot more to support gaining muscle even on days you dont lift?

i feel like a slob when i eat all day with only the cardio i use to do when my caloric intake was around 1500 a day...?

you should always watch the carbs in the evening, say after 5-6 pm...i just think it's important to eat as clean (NATURAL) as possible....google 'glycemic index' it will help you understand the different carbs & how they burn in the body. also check out DR. WEIL for healthy eating...there are no bulk diets but there are some really healthy recipes & whenever possible eat ORGANIC.

You need to continue a clean bulk, just make sure the bulk is aligned with a good training regiment. You can consider something like bodyopus /anabolic diet to help you gain mass.

i attached recent photos, maybe its just my own vanity but i feel like a slop ass. I wrestled 160 back in high school and i was shredded >10% bf. now i weigh less (weighed 153 at night today) but i look like shit, Think putting on extra muscle will help even things out and burn excess fat? Thanks brothas
