Feeling Lazy....

Ok, so we all have days we feel lazy. My question is, what do you guys do to overcome this and drag your fat-asses to the gym? What is your favorite method?

I personally like to watch that scene in "Conan: The Barbarian" where he infiltrates the cave (all camo'd out in white/black stripes) and wrecks the shit outta that party, while drinking a Monster Lo-carb. Gets me ready to slaughter the weights everytime.

I only take a break or two a year and I must say that sometimes I have to drag myself to the gym. The thing is that I feel so guilty when I don't hit the iron that ... I force myself (especially after I did a double shift at work).

Other than that, I try to vary my workouts. Boredom is our worst enemy.

+2 on boredom. I rather be busy and squeeze in training, than sit on my butt all day and do nothing.
