its out of date by 2 months and will be 3 months towards end as i have a months worth muscletech stuff can i use or ?????

Well as long as its not moldy or anything, and as long as it has been stored at room temp then it should be ok. I've used year old stuff and it has worked fine for me.

I bought some stuff about 5 years back from GNC =). I used it and it was about 2 years old and I didn't even look. Well I'm still here =)
