Default Need help w/ Chest Exercises!

Hey there. I'm 41 5'11" tall 197lbs with about 15% bf. I'm not fat by any means. As a matter of fact the only fat I have is around my middle and around the sides of my chest and arm pits.

I asked about gyno and the thought of people on the forum was that I needed to fix my diet but also find some chest exercises that could help reduce the fat around my chest and under my arm pits.

That said, does anyone have any suggestions or links to article/sites for various exercises that might help me accomplish this goal?

Any and all help is very much appreciated.

Brother i wouldnt overthink this. I would stick with basic chest moves like the bench and maybe fly. The thing to note here is body fat. Stricly a diet and cardio thing. I cant recommend a system to you because i just dont have the experience and am trying new stuff myself but im thinking if you have the cardio and a decent workout split in place, then stick to it and fine tune your diet. Hope some others chime in on this. Good luck

v true ^^^^ just build it up with the norm flys dips presses etc, personally i like cable flys as there is tention all the way through, as mucih weght as u like easy 4 drop sets and at the top u actually get an extra bit of ROM (range of motion) by being able to alternatively cross your forearms, over lap them as u dont get with db, great 4 inner chest !!!!!! other than this tighten diet , more cardio is ya best bet

I'd say you need to do basic movements with fairly heavy weights but keep it intense and use higher reps and more sets such as 5-6 sets of 20reps as you are looking to tone up rather than bulk.

As everyone has mentioned diet is equally important.

Others may have some input for you.
