Need help fast!

Hi, actually i write this tread to help my boyfriend.
He's has trained in 3 years now, but for a few months ago, he get's a really big downer! He began to lose weight and he's motivation was really bad, and it is still. He has tried everything now, but nothing helps! Not even steroids could give him more motivation! Bodybuilding is all he ever dreams about, its he's livestyle but now he can't even get to the gym!
He tried to forget everything about bodybuilding for a while to see if the desire came back, but it did not work! some friends gave him advice to see some films about bodybuilding, but it did not help either!
He has also tried to makes variation in he's trainings programs and diet, but its still a long struggle to get down to the gym!


- Somebody who has any advice?
I'm pretty sure he would do everything to get he's old size back!!
