Very true. Sunday I lifted heavy weight low rep for arms and back and today I barely feel sore at all

I don't understand what that information has to do with the advice and opinion I gave.

You can do legs by holding the pair of 30's in 1 hand and the 35's in the other and doing farmer walk/lunges (swap the weights back and forth to keep shoulder and hand stress even) the standing calf raises to failure holding them also.

You can do abs 1 day (bench sit ups, put your legs up on a kitchen chair) with dead lifts (holding dumb bells 2 per hand) (only 135 but its something)

biceps (alternate concentration curls and hammer curls) traps (I'm sure you can figure out how to do a pull up on SOMETHING)

Triceps, chest (do flys with your elbows locked to stress the chest more) brain crushers.

do the shrugs, and upright rows with the paint buckets, then use the DB's for side-front-rear lateral raises.

That's a 5 day rotation with the equipment you already have. Pick your days off and go for it bro.

got a lil over training symptoms now, damnit! i guess i got o excited to jump bckon the workout horse! shit i go tto take a break! basically little to no weight for lots of reps now to help the healing process
