im at 145 trying to gain size been working at it for 3 years wondering if im burning too much cals staying in the gym to long and to frequent im a hard gainer trying gear and stepping up to 3700 cal diet however should i just go to the gym 4 times a day vs the 6 i usually??

post all your stats first for us to get a better look at what you're doing wrong, sounds to me your diets all wrong and should not be using gear yet, im only 6 pounds heavier than you and am still researching and have been for a couple years, the best thing you want to do is wait till you nkow youve hit your potential plateau, but without knowing your stats theres no way of telling if youve hit it yet or not, i mean what if your 145lbs but your 4 foot 10 lol, who knows!

well my height is 5.6 my normal cal intake is around 3000 cals so i stepped up to 3700 however im in the gym 6 times a week for an hour and a half im thinking my sets are some of the problem ill push 12 reps what im asking is should i slow down to gain more if that makes sensse to bulk up as far as gear not my first cycle ive always been a hard gainer not to metion i work as a pyle driver laborer so im lifting heavy objects all day gotta think that factors in

you nee dalot mroe calorie intake, and whats your protein intake also...protein is the main thing that feeds to your muscles for optimum gains. and your diet mainly too. i was at 135 for a long time till i wwent on this diet i got from a nother site and i got almost 20 lbs put onme in like 6 months

Damn I fill fat. I’m 5’11” @ 204 right now. I wish I could get cut @185 -190. Sorry for the rant.
