what are some excercises for these two parts of the muscles

You can target most of the inner head by using a palms down grip doing press-downs, skull crushers and French presses. To get more of the outside of the muscle, you'll focus on a reverse grip, as you would use in curls. You can do this on the same exercises making them reverse press-downs, reverse skull crushers and reverse French presses respectively. Also hammer grip exercises like kickbacks and rope pushdowns which also target a bit of the middle head, hit mostly the bottom of it. So they say. Not sure that's possible to work only a certain portion of a muscle. I see no basis for it.

EDIT: I would add that the bulk of all 3 heads is at the top of the arm and that is where all the mass is. If you are looking at pictures of pro bodybuilders whose triceps seem to defy the laws of anatomy, then what you are looking at is the result of site injections.

im thinking a fore arm excercise could help

I would look at an anatomy chart or image and determine exactly what muscle I wanted to develop. Then I would find out the function of the muscle, what does it "do"? Then I would know what exercises to do or how to invent my own even.

get a hand grip exerciser, and swap in hammer curls now and then.
