yea that's from BJJ , BJJ guys do that to pass the guard all the time
it's sort of funny and good to watch with lightweight, but I have yet to see a HW attempt it...

most BJJ guys are around 150-160lbs. so the move became common or somewhat common in that variation... it would never fly with a HW

I can't imagine doing that at 250 lol
