The New TapouT Show

Anyone see it? Like it? IMO, it's different, but I'm not sure if I like watching it or it's a waste of time. Maybe a few more episodes will determine... It's hard for me to decide, but I'm 75% in favor of it, but I cant get the "I hope this is not MMA's version of WCW..." out of my mind.

Not saying so much as fake, but some things look "staged". Might not be, but just seems different. The show is being shown on Vs. channel. I watched the second show last night. Here is the jist of the show. The tapout guys drive around in a bus and pick up amature fighters and give them a shot at a first pro fight. Here is the website www.tapout.com

I guess, IMO, it would seem more realistic if it werent for all the make-up and wigs. It just seems image oriented, which is strange to me for MMA

Ive never heard of the Vs. Channel.

Vs. Channel is a new channel that has a lot of MMA shows, but they also cover other stuff as well.

One of the head guys for TapouT wears camo makeup on his face the whole show and his name is "Mask", and another guy looks like he wears a wig and funky sunglasses, but he never seems to talk much. The 3rd guys name is "Punkass", and he seems the most levelheaded, plus no makeup and wigs...

I guess that's why I feel the way I do about the show, lol... Anyway, I think this Wednesday, or maybe Friday, Vs. Channel is showing the first three episodes. Maybe I'll get a chance to see the other one.

like I said, UFC and others will turn into another WWE jokers...and maybe the fights will be real but it'll still be a joke.

Too bad pride is dead after UFC bought it and gutted it...they kept the MMA standard HIGH!

I have a bad feeling youre right. I see fixed fights and everything that ruined boxing in the future unfortunately. I seriously wouldnt doubt if Don King gets involved.
