Here are the possibilities that I have come up with so far:
* Zuffa
It's entirely possible that Zuffa bought M1 in order to get Fedor, they bought the WFA to get Rampage.

* Mark Cuban/HDNet Fights
Cuban has big money and has just created his own MMA org. Most people are leaning towards him being involved.

* Ed Fishman
Fishman and Cuban have had talks about working together in MMA and Fishman has expressed his desire to get involved in the sport again

* EXC
They have been on an Org buying spree as of late, although I would think that M1 & Fedor would be out of their Price range.

* McMahon (possibly with Cuban)
Cuban has mentioned negotiating with McMahon to copromote, so he could potentially be involved with McMahon.

* Random Company Trying to Jump on MMA Bandwagon
It could be a random entertainment company or promoter that has heard all of the commotion and is trying to jump right into the MMA world

it is widely believed that Bodog bought M-1, but Bodog didn't equal M1 before. In fact, M1 actually promoted bodogs' last Russian event, but Bodog took heavy credit for it -- causing rift with the owners. That being said and done, it is looking very strongly that bodog could have bought M1; taking the whole red devil team with them (fedor/aleks/zent)
