Frank Shamrock looked really good there, never saw anyone stand with Baroni and win so easily (I'd say Lindland beat him fairly easily but by avoiding going toe to toe.) Is everyone (good) gonna leave the UFC?

i wonder if the back of head blows hurt him like the announcers said-either way or by any cause baroni got ass beat, but fought with a big heart

yah frank is pretty damn good, he really got baroni good but baroni didnt look too bad there for a while before submission though

thats almost exactly what i thought i was gonna see.....but better!

not to take nething away from phil, but i think he was a bit outta his league on that one. i'd like to see hm fighting brawlers like chuck,vanderlei,tank...

good fight though. phil's a beast at heart.
