i just started training in boxing...i meet a guy that is training me for free as long as i train him in the gym...crazy how things workout...the dudes done pro and used to fight with roy jones jr...got to love it...ill let you know how it goes guys!!!

yea i kno im lucky...and i plan on takeing huge advantage of it!!! talk about some cardo man...and my back is a sore mfer...got to love the way a fighters back looks!!!

i'm almost 38 & have been engaged in sports since a young boy starting w/ baseball & then wrestling (where i was introduced to weight training @ 15). i've done all types of training but not much compares to coming to south east asia & training thai boxing @ 32... & i've done some pretty hardcore training in the usmc. that was 5 1/2 yrs ago & i'm still here (wife & home now) still kicking it (pun intended) almost everyday, sometimes 2x per day. i came to ******** in great shape but was manhandled & humbled. you come to know muscles you thought you never had & get in tune w/ your body...it's very functional training whether you fight or not.
