It stays in your system a couple of days. But I tried something else last week and this week. On all my bodyparts, Chest/Delts - Back/Arms- Legs
I did 3 sets per exercise 4 different exercises 25 to 35 reps each set. A little lighter weight cause it's tougher to do. But, I've never had a pump like this since the 80's. It's good for the 1st 3 days of the week and then the last part of the week, I'll do normal heavier sets. If I do the high reps all week, it's almost too much. I truly believe that you can gain good size like this.'

Thank you but no thank you . I want to gain anything I gain by normal (natural ) means. Not to bug anyone here who does so , just I was curoius . That´s about all.

Rich Gaspari has a product out called Super Pump, which is basically the same thing! I heard it works well.

Oh snap! I've seen a few girls at the gym that were weaing sports bras and tight shorts that had no business wearing such things. I swear it looked like someone popped open a fresh can of biscuits in the middle. After seeing that two to three times a week, a little chemical enhancement is without a doubt in order.

I had an extra "free" bottle to choose, so gave this a try.

I do think I felt extra pump in my delts. Problem is I will have to wait till post cycle to try again. I got much more of the intended effect than I was looking for, and they seem to last for a few days. I will try again in a few weeks, after my test levels are back to normal.

It is a great idea thought. Something to do between cycles. Something to do when your tired of the needle. Keep them coming Ric!
