alright, today I finally made it

I was with my MMA trainer, and I ran up to the 20th floor of a skyscraper, 2 times!!!!!!! granted, I threw up on the 2nd time and crawled the last 4 floor on the 2nd time....BUT when I started training with him back in the day, I was out of breath on the 2nd floor!!!!

it's a huge achievement for me :bigsmile I've been trying so hard to get to the 20th floor, finally did it

LOL 1 rep...skyscraper , the stairs are 2 flight, so each floor is like 2 floors

lol, yeah it doesn't help being 310lbs. :argh

I was 340lbs. at one point, dropped about 50lbs. of bodyfat, leaned out a lot and gained 20lbs. of muscle mass...it's been good since Feb. I have a good amount of injuries now, from elbow to chest, but i just stick it out. I'm no quitter :doh

LOL, my fat ass took the elevator the first time we trained back in the day, what a douche bag thing to do? the first time, hahaha, got to the 3rd floor and went to the elevator, what a shame NO MORE!
