WTF!!! 2 injuries

Injured my right foot, around the heel...put on a brace and went to train today

guess what, ****! I dislocated my shoulder doing a left hook after dropping a knee

now I have 2 serious injuries...but I refused to rest :doh

I just don't like being in pain all the time - injuries left and right....

Yeah, I feel you...

2 herniated discs at L3-S4 that presses on the sciatic nerve radiating pain all the way to the toes

Loose tendons in both shoulders (genetic) which causes instability at times (i.e. dislocated both shoulders a couple of times at different times)

Gunshot to the back of the left leg (hamstring...healed nicely...plastic surgery to get rid of most of the scar)

Other than that, sliced and diced...I'm a walking Ginsue commercial...lol

The discs are what kept me out of great physical shape...I am at the bottom of acceptable condition but that should change quickly...2 months back and the pain I have had has gone away...cross your fingers...

These aren't all current...just hinderances to training, also why I ahve been in this boat before...lol
