A lil lopsided....seems pay should be determined by the outcome!

pretty sad when undercard fighters are making more than jardine who was in the main event. i hung out with greg jackson all week while he was with julie kedzie at our last HOOKnSHOOT event. he was a cool guy to talk to. he's also jardine, diego sanchez, and st. pierre's trainer.

he's said for a LONG time jardine would run through liddell.

Right on brutha! I feel fights should be determined by weight and fight count. At that, I also feel that there should be a set rate on winnings. You win you get this, you lose you get this, period.

I agree with you ThaiBoxa, not what you said about Chuck, he's a good guy and hits like a ton of bricks, but about the pay should be set, this for the win and that for the loss. But these fighters are smart, like Chuck, they sign a contract guaranteeing them so much before the fight is even set up. Oh and Jardine got $120,000 bonus check for that fight back in the dressing room afterward, Chuck got $0 bonus.

pay discrepancy was why bj pen left ufc the first time, but pay should also be based on the fighters gameness not just his wins and losses. you can lose but do so in an all out "THERE IS NO TOMORROW" kind of style and still earn a great check.
