anyone with any more suggestions for me got all my test e in 30 cc to be exact but dont have anything else yet fite is january 27 ad still got gain 15 lbs.

Im changing this to a every other day military style workout 3 sets of push ups sets and pullups different variation each day with weight added. Think this mite help sum of you have an idea of what ima be doing. I would like sum help with this though.
